Aged for two years in oak barrels, Substation No.41 Rum is a dark rum created from an authentic blend made with Australia’s finest Queensland sugarcane molasses. Clear in colour, this rum has fresh honey and orange blossom scents, and includes hints of vanilla, butterscotch and plum on the palate.

This new premium rum, has been commissioned by the rum artisans from Queensland’s iconic Breakfast Creek Hotel namesake bar. Substation No. 41 Rum Bar is home to one of the biggest rum collections in the world, housing over 500 different rums.
