Paying tribute to the very city in which the founder resides, Melbourne Watch Company’s watches are instinctively Melbourne, highlighting the city’s unique culture and style through beautiful, quality pieces. After a successful crowdfunding campaign, Melbourne Watch Company was launched late last year and their ongoing success has paved the way for several new styles to emerge.
Launching with the ‘Flinders’ style, demand from the watch market has allowed founder Sujain Krishnan to
expand his Melbourne Watch Company range, catering to requests from his loyal suite of followers. Proving extremely
popular, the ‘Hawthorn’ steel bracelet style is already sold out. With two additional styles currently in design and production
phases for release later in the year, things are ticking along quite nicely for the Melbourne accessory label.
The company’s next port of call is a timepiece inspired by the classic ‘marine chronometer’ style, characterised by clean white
dials and Arabic numerals.
Prices start from $395 AUS, plus shipping costs. Colours and variations of the ‘Flinders’ and ‘Hawthorn’ style can be
purchased online, while the ‘Portsea’ and ‘Parkville’ will be available for pre-order later in the year
